I'll translate the gist of it:
"French Consumer association UFC-Que Choisir won a major victory against Valve, the publisher of Steam, the most important video game platform on the market. The association got a few EULA clauses to get removed, including the one preventing the resale of digital games."
Basically, the court referred to a European law that says that once sold, any item belongs to its owner and that games sold on Steam do effectively belong to this category.
I don't know how Valve will react but this is a bomb for the industry.
