This is ban material if you ask me if something like that even exists here. Just wait 7 days and mark as not received as BongoGT said. Checking peoples profiles is a thing you can do to see how many gifts have been actually received in their giveaways in percent so if someone has like a lot of deleted giveaways or has a really really low percent,let's say like 10% there is a chance you won't get the gift at all . Didn't encounter something like this myself but don't be discouraged,you should be thankful for a chance to get free games.

En serio, si en una semana aún no se reporta, márcalo como no recibido. Si ves que tiene varias rifas con el mismo resultado, envía un ticket a soporte para que lo manden de vacaciones

Como ya te han dicho, espérate una semana, y si sigue sin mandártelo márcalo como "no recibido". Si además ves que ese otro sorteo no consta como recibido cuando lo hagas, repórtale.

"scammed" is the wrong word pretty much - it's not like you lost anything for the game

And are you really sure you didn't see his email in your mailbox? You didn't mention anything about checking your email and receiving nothing new in there - did you check your spam folder just in case?

Sry, iam no native english speaker, so how did he scammed you? And btw you should delete his name, calling out is forbidden here and can get you a suspension.

FYI and PSA to all who think OP is "calling out": "timado" is not actually a SteamGifts username because there's no account that exists with that name - it is just simply the word "scammed" fed into Google Translate from English to Spanish

(oddly enough, if you try to translate "timado" from Spanish to English, you get "chiselled"...)

Puede que te lo haya enviado de verdad y esté en la bandeja de entrada aparte te puede pasar como me pasó con un regalo, que me lo envió pasó una semana y no recibí nada y me dijo que me lo envió y a veces depende de que correo utilices a veces no llega ni en los "correos no deseados" Porque te los bloquea porque cree que son spam o alguna otra cosa. Dile que te envie la clave directamente por el chat, o que te vuelva a enviar un email. Si no lo hace en una semana envia un ticket y ponlo en no recibido ;)

Necessita esperar por una semana y conactar supporte. Si no tiene el juego antes una semana, no hay much mas que puedes hacer.

Asegúrate de que el correo que has escrito en la página es el correcto, el primer sorteo que gané no me llegó precisamente porque lo había escrito mal. Segundo, si te han bloqueado es porque a la gente no le gusta la gente impaciente. El creador tiene 7 días para enviarte el juego. Si tras esos 7 días no lo ha hecho márcalo como no recibido.

I'm afraid a similar thing happened to me. I entered the giveaway on my mobile device and didn't have the time to check the GA creators profile.
It's just one day that passed, but judging from the profile i don't count on ever getting the game:

• Registered 1 day ago
• Got 15 games, but 71 recently played with no play time and all achievements unlocked
• Has a "friend" with the same nickname and avatar, who is trade banned
• All his friends on trade probation or banned or VAC banned
• Several "+ rep" in his profiles comments from above mentioned friends

So many things wrong here.....

You're going about it all wrong, you can't say he scammed you, while he technically owes you a game there's nothing you can do to force him to give you said game. Just be patient, waiting several hours means nothing, there's a 7 day window to deliver the game. I'd change the thread title if i were you, you're going to get mostly negative reactions because of it. I, like you, like punctuality but that does not mean i try to force it on others. If the guy you won from was one of the sensitive types he might have blocked you because you added him right away, some people really hate impatience. He might not even give you the game for that reason. You making a thread about it might have lowered your chances of getting the game even more. All you can do now is wait.

Also entering hundreds of giveaways means nothing, there are unlucky people who had over 2k entries before their first win. :)

You've been one month around and you've only participated in the community in order to whine... sigh.
The creator of the giveaway has 7 days to send you the game, so don't be so impatient. I usually ignore friend requests from winners if they add me just after the giveaway's end, in public giveaways I mean.
You pay nothing here, so there's no rush at all.

First of all, there was no need to contact him. Just wait for your game. A person has 7 days to send it. Wait for them to contact you on Steam or to send you an email. If you don't hear anything from them after 7 days then just mark it as "not received" and forget about it.

Now that you have contacted him and he says he's sent it to your mail be sure to check your spam folder. If it's not there then maybe he's teaching you a lesson in patience and will send it in a few days. Alternatively, maybe he has no intention of sending it. If he does then he does, if he doesn't then he doesn't. As above, mark it as "not received" if you don't have it after 7 days.

Giveaway time just ended and he didn't send any mail, the other winner gave him negative feedback. So It is.
