How can i get infestation: survivor stories?

I got this game when it was in "alpha" from their site, now i have heard that its on steam and want to get it for my friend, but its not in my region for some odd reason :/
Can any one help me with this?

dont get it, go play this awesome free game called 'Deadz', its like dayz, warz(infestation survivor shit story) but 10x better imo..

I don't get why people hate this game so much. It was funny bashing them for their bad marketing/advertisement but it actually became an ok game now. Not GOTY but still fun to play.
