Has the winner seen see key (indicated by the eye icon next to the key)?

I waited fordays several times. Always keep in mind that real life can prevent you from coming online or activating the key. Even if the user is "online" here, sometimes only means they opened a browser with a Steamgifts tab, but never viewed that tab.
