How much does it take to add a new game on giveaway list?

Hello!
I want to create a giveaway for Nine Sols (https://store.steampowered.com/app/1809540/_/) yet I could not find it in the list, instead I only found its OST.

I had ticketed almost 24 hours ago but there is no response yet. Does anyone know how much it usually take to process this kind of issues?

Usually, giveaways show instantly. Maybe you created it for a higher level than yours and you have it hidden?
