Then maybe he just doesn't care or doesn't realise? I know I've ignored unknown friend requests before for a while. I also know that you don't always see the green bar. I missed that I'd won something for three days a while ago, because I just wasn't looking.

i think the winner will make another giweaway if he didnt select received .... the only solution that i can think is : he will be banned ... but try to speak with him because he rejected because he doesnt know you or send to him another email and tell him to select received.
