I won a Humble Bundle. The gifter sent me the link, but I mistyped my email address(yahoo.cm instead of yahoo.com). Is there anything I can do? I did email the gifter back and friended him on Steam.

Wait? I don't think there's any such site as yahoo.cm, so the chances of someone else getting the code are next to none. Just wait for the gifter to get your message and I imagine he'll resend as soon as he can.

Ask the purchaser to e-mail contact@humblebundle.com with the gift link and explain the situation. They should be able to tell him what the key link is. I've had someone mistype their email before and I was able to get the key link that way.

Good luck.

When you buy a HiB3 as a gift you will get an email with the gift URL.

No duh. But sadly, it turns out they're going to get a mailer daemon error trying to send it to KoldWar@yahoo.cm

I'm talking about the buyer (the gifter) will get that email. It not like the gifter only entered the email address provided by the winner at the HiB site at the moment of the payment and didnt receive anything him/herself. So he/she.it can just resend it. The gifting system for HiB is designed so you type your own address since you probably know better how to spell your own then someone elses email address. Apparently just to prevent what happened here.

It warns in all caps right before you enter your email, do not mistype your email as this link will only work once. not sure if there is anything you can do :/
