User not giving feedback

Please give me suggestions what to do: a Giveaway has been ended, winner has received HB link and used it, but he is not giving feedback on the giveaway (not marking it as received).
What should I do?

Only after that will it be justified to make a support ticket (give proof that you gave the link, like a screenshot).

Well, according to the rules, a 7 days period has to be observed before you can do anything about it. If the winner doesn't mark it as received after 7 days, contact support with proof of him activating the DLC.
