I mean more people own ETS than ATS so you should see if you want the giveaway to be accesible to more people or more "exclusive"

For future reference just because a key activates DLC for more than one game doesn't mean it will be redeemable for owners of the other games. DLC keys are still usually tied to ownership of a certain game even if they activate content for other games as well.

I didn't even know that it was possible for a DLC to activate to more than one game, let alone my most favorite of them!
