If you liked Don't Starve, I think it's safe to say you would enjoy this brilliant little bit of browser-based goodness that's perfectly and freely playable here. As a matter of fact, I'd say chances are that you would enjoy this even if you didn't like Don't Starve (for some reason).

I haven't played Don't Starve yet, so I don't know anything about the game, but this was pretty interesting.

Something I would love to see is a system like this put into an actual game about surviving (think The Road), but have there be a lot more to it. I just love the idea of trying to survive, so I like to put mods in games like Morrowind where I have to eat, sleep, drink, etc. I just wish they were done in an even more realistic way. =P

Have you tried Fallout: New Vegas' Hardcore Mode? If that wasn't hardcore enough, there are some mods out there too that put the focus on survival as opposed to combat and crank up the difficulty in the process. I've heard that is a much more satisfying experience if that's your kind of thing.

I haven't been able to play Fallout: New Vegas on PC yet (need to get my new PC back from a computer guy), but modding both that and Fallout 3 like that is something I'll definitely be doing.

I haven't done any searching yet, but are there any great hardcore Skyrim mods?
