Steam Card Not Tradable Not Marketable

Long story short i made a alt account to farm steam cards, i didnt put any money in it yet so yea its a limited account, but i started farming cards and realized that the dropped cards are "Not Tradable, Not Marketable" so i stopped farming, has this ever happened to anyone else?

What will happen if i load $5 steam wallet in that account to remove restrictions, will the cards become Tradable/Marketable again? or they will stay as it is?

Limited accounts have untradeable community items (ie cards,BG,emotes) , if you load 5$ to lift the restrictions they will become tradeable/marketable

thanks for reply, did you experienced it yourself? im a little worried that even after spending money cards will be not tradable/marketable, there are around 470cards in that account.

yes i have done this before, farm first unlock later all cards become tradeable
