Okey guys i need help,i won a giweaway and i didnt get the email,what shuld i do.Also when i go to see what giweaways i won thers an optio seying"Recived gift YES OR NO" what shud i do?

Wait at least a week, contact the giveaway creator, mark as unreceived.

The gifter should contact you within 7 days either by Steam Chat or email. If they do and give you the game, mark YES. If they don't, mark NO.
