The hint from that puzzle is almost true for this one, just replace "each line" with "some lines".

Oh, I already did exactly that - besides a few other things... with no result. Before I wrote my last comment. Actually there was another way to solve your last one but that way also shows no results for this one.

Solution: The last charachter (always a digit) marks the location of the GA character, and if the digit is 0, the line should be skipped.
