On gmg evil genius and overlord compleate edition were on sale for dirt cheap.Both of them are epic games.

Bastion, SRIV & Portal 2 are all good stuff in my opinion. Shadow Warrior - well, just picked it up and haven't had time to install it yet, but I'll find out soon enough. Should be good stuff too going by all the reviews I've read though.
If you're sticking to one of those, my random number generator says you should go for Portal 2.
If not, I suggest Letter Quest

Well, I Have some money in my steam wallet and I don't see any games that I really want during this sale. So, as they say it's better to give than receive. I'm curious on which of this games you people would like me to post to grab on this site while they're on sale. I think some of them are only on sale for about another 18 or so hours. So, I'll read the posts after 6 or so hours and go from there.
Or you can post something that's on sale 4.99 or less that I didn't see if you think it'll generate traction amongst voters.
