It's been 9 hours since i bought Ravaged from that site when it still had a deal for $2; but i haven't received the key yet. I may ask to the customer support, but i'm also hesitating to say "Oh hai, i bought the game when you still hadn't fixed it yet; where's my game key?!" a bit. Anyone has the same problem yet?

I've just received the mail just as i was writing a reply to you. I've waited for 9 hours, waiting for anything to happen; and after 7 minutes from opening a thread; i received the goddamn mail. Well, anyway; problem finally solved. Thanks for your suggestion though.

Mmh I dunno what you did wrong but I received confirmation as soon as I completed the purchase.. I got my key in the confirmation page and in the e-mail that I got right away. If you got to the confirmation page of your purchase then you got your key there.
