A little help to find a motherboard amd

Well, I have a motherboard with PCI-E 1.0 chipset 430 (yes, very old, the motherboard is a GA-M61PME-S2 gigabyte) and i need to upgrade but i searched for a long time a good and cheap motherboards that have USB 3.0, pci-e 3.0 and support for a fx 6300 but i can't find one with good reviews ... all motherboards I could see has problems, like blue screens or overheating (always based on reviews from newegg.com) of the cpu and/or gpu (motherboards I've seen: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0, B75M-A S1155 ASUS, ASUS M5A78L-3 / USB3, GIGABYTE GA-970A DS3P, MSI 970A G-43).
The motherboard that I liked most is the GM-760 MSI P21 / 23 FX ....
