Be it that support removed the rep but did not close the ticket, or that the user removed the rep,
Much like Thumbs Uping or Downing steam reviews, there doesn't seem to actually be any way to remove Feedback entirely, only change which direction it's pointing.
So if he didn't change it to a thumbs up, my assumption is that it was removed.

Your real lucky since support is really backed and busy. My first and only bad rep was someone I called out for begging and so he marked me negative rep on the day before my birthday and Im a year older now so its been 1year+ and its still there and my ticket is still open. Ruined my SG experience so much I actually stopped giving games and now I have entire list of keys just gathering dust.

Meh it deals with steamgifts in general. Kinda of like when someone in the order department adds items customer didn't want(hate new hires) even if I fix their order they still usually stop shopping with us and our stores because they feel betrayed, kinda of like now I will always see that -rep and it will always bother me even now. I've quit games because it showed pvp losses or ignored it completely since I hate a permanent record constantly reminding me. Something like -rep might not bother you but it can really bother some others.

btw, anyone intelligent enough would check why you have -1 rep and instantly notice it's fake.

Things like seeing -1 rep on rep really annoys me and I typically clear out keys that have been activated since I hate having active keys. And definitely not 100-200 but quite a few since I LOVED getting higher rank in contributor level kinda of like grinding pokemon to catch those shining pokemon. And if you check by dates I gave about the same I got to that point.

Congrats with getting your neg rep cleared yourself as I have read in the SG discussions that it can take many months if you go through SG support asking them to remove this clear abuse of the SG trade feedback system.

So, I received my first negative rep in SG today. The "trader" was upset that I would not pay an outrageous amount for a pack that contained removed games, and more so that I proved that GMG still sells the pack. So they gave me negative rep with flat lies. Reported him here, but also appealed to him, stating that I would drop my report if he removed the fake rep as, rightfully, I would have nothing to report.
