Probably was then, since I've heard of people here that have had a report ongoing for a few weeks without anything happening, and someone even mentioned his was up for 9 months (and still not getting an answer)

TBH, SG support has seemed reasonably responsive and helpful to me… especially after dealing with Humble Bundle.

It really depends on the type of problem you need help with. Earlier I had issues with a giveaway not going the way it was supposed to, and the giveaway got removed within 2 days. Another report I've made though is of a guy violating the rules (a user report) and that has been ongoing for a week without any answer so far.

I'm always fascinated with how people get into these kind of escalating disagreements. Someone says they want an outrageous amount for something, you make a counteroffer, they reject it, you walk away. I suspect that sometimes folks keep pushing it rather than learning when to let go and accept that someone isn't going to give you what you want.

So, I received my first negative rep in SG today. The "trader" was upset that I would not pay an outrageous amount for a pack that contained removed games, and more so that I proved that GMG still sells the pack. So they gave me negative rep with flat lies. Reported him here, but also appealed to him, stating that I would drop my report if he removed the fake rep as, rightfully, I would have nothing to report.
Be it that support removed the rep but did not close the ticket, or that the user removed the rep, I'm clean again and I closed the ticket as promised. In celebration, here's 2 GAs!
