Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Almost impossible to play Legit on steam

yeh newer CoDs are playable until the next new CoD then it gets forgoten by the devs... :(

That's what happens when you random. Play on servers with/against friends and group members. That should solve most of your problems.

Don't talk about COD4...cod4 has dedicated servers so just change server (there are VERY good server around)...MW2 and his crappy matchmaking can't do nothing...I have played 400+ hours with it...now it's (more) impossible to play then 2 years ago...just forget about it or play with kids.

Or join the DICE side of the Force.

Go for dedicated servers if you want to avoid cheaters, or stick to newer iterations of the series. It sucks, but devs don't generally dedicate large amounts of time to stopping hackers on old games. They are employees of a company after all, and those companies can't really afford to have people maintaining their entire portfolio.

Either get Cod4 (now THAT was a good COD game), and join dedicated servers without any issue on ranking, or get MW3, BF3 has as many hackers aswell, but some dedicated servers are very well managed so its not that much of a problem sometimes.

I started to play COD4 again and so far I only encountered 1 or 2 cheaters with auto-aim. Changed servers and no problem. The only problem in COD4 is angry russian server admins, they ban you just for killing them while they are camping. Seriously, sniper fest in a COD game? Am I the only one annoyed by this? I wanted a simple run and gun game, so I picked up COD4. Even BF don't have campers like COD has.

why u guys so mean against DICE :( and i noticed i had ALOT of hackers in MW3

Yeah, game have many hackers and so many modded lobbies! It's annoying sometimes!

Man even MW3 is littered with cheating scum. There's nothing worse than a cheater when it comes to multiplayer games, Steam and Infinity Ward need to seriously crack down.

Last weekend when MW3 was free, i already saw ppl using auto-aim right from the first match. I was like 'u gotta be fucking kidding me!'. Quit and uninstalled.
