Leveling up

How do I level up? Is there a progression bar somewhere? I gave away 2 games and made it to level 1. Now I have given away 14 games and am still at level 1. Do I need more feedback? I guess I am just confused on how leveling up works. Can someone help me out? Thanks

So, you are correct, you make levels by giving games away.
First level you got for any game, then you count with value of that games (from Steam price, 15% from price, if that game is already bundled)
And even here http://www.steamgifts.com/user/n9nedone you can see your progress.
