Pack etiquette

In that situation, I would leave the giveaway alone TBH. Usually, it is up to the creator of the giveaway, or your own consience. But in that situation, which I am pretty much in, nearly exactly the same, I would not enter DoW Franchise Giveaways, and I haven't been doing either..

Usually it depends on how many of the games I actually own from the thing, depending on how many there actually are. If I own half, then I aint entering, if I own a few, I might enter. But ultimately, clear it with the creator of the giveaway first.

If you just had the Dawn of War platinum, I could see you entering. But you have that and the DoW 2 base game. There's plenty of giveaways for retribution and chaos rising.

It is not against the rules to join such a giveaway although I consider it should be.

I personally don't do it.

I generally avoid entering packs where I already have something unless the giveaway creator specifically mentions being fine with it (and even then I exercise some discretion), or if what I have is only a very minor part of the pack as a whole. If my winning means anything of value goes to waste I'll leave it for someone else.

for me if i have more than about 20% i dont enter. More than that and i feel im being selfish and taking games from others

I would not enter that if I was you, I would only enter it if lets say I had one of the games.
