Giveaway not received

Hi!

I made a giveaway from a bundle, but even if i sent the gift link, the user did not claim it :(

He also have checked "not received", and won't respond to mails...

Is there a way to contact him here on SG? Or a way to reroll the GA?

Create a support ticket and ask for a reroll, enclose evidence (screenshot) of your attempts to contact the winner.

Gift link could be used,so when you reroll,you could still get 'Not received' for sure. I think send proofs that you send him a key,so support could mark it received and punish winner
