It still can't stack coupons. It can stack with game sales if not specified, but not another coupon.

I don't think you can ever stack coupons together, only that some coupons can stack with a discount already on the game (that is, coupons that don't say that they don't stack with discounts)

As already said, coupons don't stack. When you have multiple coupons acceptable for the purchase, you will have a list where you can pick which to use.
