Buster Max Mode is a setting that multiples Mega Man's attack by 100% to increase battle speed for players that want to enjoy the story more than the fighting. This mode is not available in multiplayer.
499 Patch Cards/ability cards with the option to enable or disable Japanese exclusive Patch Cards in Battle Network 4/5/6.
Patch Cards can be traded with other online players.

Pre-order bonus is called the Custom PET Pack which contains:

Two custom Mega Man skins. HubStyle for Vol. 1 and Dark Mega Man for Vol. 2.

damn. i think i won't ever pay this much for megaman series.
i kinda like it a lot (my nickname pretty much says it all), but i wouldn't pay this price even for the x series which is my favorite by far...
