Bethesdsa titles will almost certainly be region locked on Nuuvem

You can't buy anything on nuuvem if you are from EU, they check your paypal address and will cancel any order that is outside of their specified region. So unless you got a brazilian, argentinian (not sure about the US) verified paypal address you won't be able to buy anything, not even with VPN.

the fallout on there isn't region locked, but it's not a great deal really.

jotun or mushihimesama come to mind as being good

and metal gear rising: revenge, and raiden IV: overkill. not region locked either
