Ocarina of Time (mainly for the Zelda theme and Gerudo Valley).

I love Baba Yetu from Civ IV to death. The in-game music was fairly nice as background, certainly an improvement over Civ III

i'd say Contre Jour and Silent Hill.

Apotheosis (Journey's theme) or Baba Yetu - Christopher Tin (definitely deserves every fame it gets)

VVVVVV is the most recent and memorable soundtrack I have heard (and still listening to it a year after).

as of recently, Payday : The heist had a catchy as **** soundtrack. I'd sing the shit in the shower and just about every time i walked into my local bank, i'd be looking for their camera's singing the first world bank song.

The Halo theme. Best soundtrack ever. It's a shame they didnt have it in Halo 4...

It's really difficult to choose a favourite OST, it's more a matter of phases. I could say the soundtracks from FFIX and FFVI, Deus Ex and Human Revolution, Bit Trip Runner 2 (awesome one), Hotline Miami, VVVVVV and Super Hexagon, Modern Warfare 2 (noob hurr durr), Sequence, Crash Bandicoot serie, Driver, Unreal, System Shock, Super Mario Bros 3, Braid, Cave Story, A Valley Without Wind, Uplink (incredibly great), Bastion and many many other, but i simply can't choose one as my favourite.
