Amazon.com is currently offering physical copies of both Brink and Hunted: The Demon's Forge for $10 each (50% off). They use Steamworks, so you will be able to activate them on Steam. This beats the Best Buy deal requiring coupons from their magazine that I posted about at SGS a little while ago, due to not requiring coupons from a magazine that costs $5 alone.

Update

Hunted: The Demon's Forge does NOT use Steamworks after all, despite posts on the Steam forums indicating that it does :(

Both sub-par games (in my opinion), but can be fun to play with friends. Make a nice giveaway too!

Brink is nice to play together with friends and it is worth $10 for that, but not the overpriced $50 full price. Even $25 felt like too much to me during the QuakeCon weekend and I passed it.

Cheaper than 10$? I dont think so... It will take quite some time for them to drop the base price of 50-60$ (talking of steam of course), and I'm sure there wont be a 90% sale on titles that are as recent as those

Both are sub par games Hunted: The Demon’s Forge got a low rating soon they will go on a sale. Duke nukem could be bought for £10 and that only just came out

But you said Steam Sales, and 50-60$ games NEVER go that low. I've seen 80% sales only on a handful of games, and they were always obscure and already cheap stuff. For those games to be "cheaper than 10$" their price should be much, much lower. So if theres a steamworks game selling that cheap on other sites, Id get them without thinking twice, because its almost impossible for steam to be selling them cheaper unless they get a sudden base price drop, which they probably wont for another few months.
And Duke Nukem have been on sale during summer but only 50% off, making it 25$.

I doubt it will take them long to drop the base price on Brink, don't know about the other.

Amazons base price is $19.99 now. Even if Steam didn't go that low, and only lowered it to 30, they could have a sale for 66-75% off, making it 7.50-10 bucks.

I think it's pretty likely, especially with the next sales coming up in the next few months.

Thanks for the info. I was debating picking it up yesterday or the day before on Amazon for 20 bucks, but ended up skipping it. Definitely picking it up for $9.99 though.
