Sadly I must agree here, to be able to capture quality videos especialy with fraps who is eating ram, you need at least 1500-2000$ in specs.

Assuming you have fps_max 100 check in options you're using OpenGL and vsync off,

Then try different DirectX versions by adding to launch options:
-dxlevel 90 : DirectX 9
-dxlevel 81 : DirectX 8.1
-dxlevel 80 : DirectX 8

More tweaks that might help here

Doesn't win10 support only dx 12?, I have opengl and vsync off, yeah..

AFAIK, those switches will only change what set of functions are used. ie, you'll still use DX12 but only with DX9 functions support.

those are my launch options for now: -high -nofbo -nomsaa -noforcemparms -freq 75 -stretchaspect -dxlevel 90 -noaafonts -gl -nojoy -ex_interp 0.01

yes, if the drivers dont support the game for instance?

My starwars knight of the old republic game, can install but as soon as the intro video starts after character creation it crashes really hard on new pcs.

Runs fine on older systems. I mean monstly software is to new drivers (related to the hardware), windows etc.

Have you tried any steps so far to solving this? (No sense in me trying to help if you've done everything I can think of D: )

Well, since I got 5 fps after the retarded update valve did, I downloaded get right's cfg(just came into my mind) replaced it to get what should've been normal and stable 100 fps, and that's what net_Graph 1 says, but instead it feels so laggy, I tried adding launch options as well and even running it on the lowest reso

Video seems okay. COuld be because you feel some microstutter. Did you make a custom profile for the game in the NVcontrol panel?

I haven't, should I? Which options should I be changing? Just the vsync, msaa and the ones regarding the graphics or? Also by the video I wanted to show you that it feels like I have ~50-60 fps at max, like the fps is dropping all the time below 50-60 and it isn't as smooth as it is on my lap top

You most likely should set up a profile, yes. If the fps is jumpy, check the CPU usage history in the task manager or in a freeware process explorer (I fancy Process Hacker, but they are mostly the same). If it regularly maxes out a core or the GPU, you definitely should limit the frame rate to either the monitor refresh rate or its double (or half). The FX series before the 8000 line wasn't really known for their single-core performance, and even an older game can be throttled by them.

Try running it in compatibility mode or however its called, probably an win xp game so try that, Updating drivers can also work.

Personally i dont see lag in the video, try disabling vsync or check the refresh rate of your monitor. Hope this helps a little
