not really its historic low...

styx 2(this and another styx game) pack was $1.79 some time ago

could have bought individually for $1 in this, less if you got other stuff

This is true, however Steam has regional pricing while the offers you listed didn't. For example in my region the game costs a little over 0.5 USD which makes it a pretty good deal even in comparison. So the post could still be useful for some people.
