I think I found the problem. You have your monitor set to some microscopic resolution.

What resolution do you have? I'm using 1920x1080, the image is showing up as this tiny rectangle like 1.5 inch by 1 inch.

EventViewer told you the problem: Kernal Power.
Plug that into Google, and we find a solution very quickly (top link actually):
If event 41 is logged because power to the computer was interrupted, consider obtaining an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) such as a battery backup power supply. An underpowered or failing power supply may cause this behavior. For example, if you added RAM or additional devices or hard disks when this problem began, the power supply may cause the problem.

There are many things that could cause this issue..
I would first start by checking the fans that are on your CPU and your GPU...
Sounds like a similar problem I had and it turned out to be a dead graphics card fan....... It could just be an overheat issue....

It looks as a hardware issue, the event viewer can't help you. Clean your pc carefully with a can of compressed air for electronics, use a software to monitor the temperatures, the voltages of your motherboard and the fans RPM. Does it restart when CPU is loaded or even when it's in idle state? Have you a quality power supply or a 10$ unbranded one?

It's most certainly power supply related. Either the box itself is damaged, or the lines/connectors in and out of the motherboard. If your area is prone to surges, I'd check to make sure your surge protector isn't bricked as well.

4 year old power supply, started to restart more often at Feb 23,2014.
Did not change anything in the pc (add), clean it once a month.
so really what other people say, technically power supply is dead.
just trying to be sure some other Google searches match that it may be just audio driver failure or an overheating issue, which isn't.

My computer started restarting all of the sudden, going black then restarts.
It happened just last week and the problem kept persisting...
So viewing the event viewer and I found the exact times the computer restarted.
THIS
is what it showed.
any idea what this is?
