Hi guys, I recently made a TF2 Lottery for the paints, mentioned it in descriptions and comments etc, but people say it's not allowed, I didn't think about it and I didn't know about the stand alone Tf2raffle sites, could you please not report/ban me since I read the FAQs etc and I didn't know this cannot be allowed, I'm sorry for a terrible missunderstanding,
