Giveaway problem

So a giveaway of mine just ended, i look who the winner is and send the steam request. 2 hours later i watch my friend list, saw the request disappeared so i check the friends so i can talk to him and send the gift. I dont find the guy, try to add him again, doesn't let me send the friend request i he's the only one that doesn't let me add him so i guess he blocked me. So now i want to request a new winner, but i have to wait a week and i don't want to, it is okay to do a reroll?

You've made an effort to reach the giveaway winner so yes you should be able to request a reroll. Just make sure to explain in the ticket and support should help you out with no fuss.

Try to reach him by Email or directly through SG (by commenting on one of his GAs, granted that he ever created one ofc). If it's a Key, you can send it directly through SG.

I delivered the gift via email but when i saw him connected here and steam, then add him and seeing he blocked me, i thought he won't confirm the gift so i cancelled it. I will try what you say, i'll comment one of his GA so maybe he will pay attention.

He is lvl 211 on steam, you can't be such an asshole. Anyway i'll just wait and do a reroll, i can't trust this guy if he will confirm or not the gift.

You'll have to wait a week, use all methods of contact (e-mail/steam add-profile comment/older GA comment) and make screenshots of your attempts. Send them to support when asking for a reroll to speed up the process.
