Im afraid you will find whole 0 people meeting your requirements. But good luck and have a bump!

Yeah. Your requirements are good and fair i mean, but i guess everyone who had any real interest in it already bought it :(

This was second time (at least) Clickteam Fusion 2.5 comes as tier 1 in Humble bundles.
Tbh, I think people that really intends to use it one day already have it.
Also to prevent abuses, filter can be coupled with a max wishlist size rule (of 500 for example) :-)
EDIT : All I have done is pointing at knsys's recent work :-)

Yes, but I wouldn't have found it. :) So the credit for the help goes to you. Only my second time using sgtools, and first time was more as a test.
Good point about the max wishlist.
Would this be the correct rule for adding less than 800 wishlisted as well?
wishlisted_game_date(248170, "2016-09-25")&&num_wishlisted_games<800

Both. The max wishlist and the date. Almost convinces me to do forum giveaways again.

Already won them, not sure how much they'll get used though, but I will check them out in due time. When I do mess around with development of any sort, it's typically in Unity, I know that engine gets a lot of flack, but I personally think it's a good engine, just comes down to how people utilize it. Perhaps one day I'll actually finish a game (I'm a crummy programmer, so yah).

You may check https://www.steamgifts.com/go/comment/lswZzH3 for some suggestions.
I didn't mention them but there are proprietary options like Unreal Ungine / UDK, that have fair licences (like free to use + royalty over XX income), you have marmelade, some full online GUI, and some other mobile oriented engines, too...
All don't offer multi-plateform support, or not that cheap exporting modules.

Unity mostly gets hate I think because of idiots who release asset flips. They don't actually make a game, they buy asset packs and release it as one. Aside from that, many people complain about Unity performance issues, but I think that comes down to the people using it and how they develop their game. Unity actually has a lot of useful tools to help with performance (though mostly in licensed version I believe), like occlusion culling, draw call batching, etc etc.
As for other engines, I think UE4 is the most popular, honestly can't remember if that's the one I'm actually thinking of, I never bothered checking because I was used to C#, and it operates on C++ I believe, but yah. I personally have little experience with most engines, I played with RPGMaker's long ago, like 2000 and XP, I then mostly modded and/or run private servers for mmo's which didn't require any actual engine work, just server side scripting and databases. Unity was the first and last actual engine I ever really played with, took part in the development of 3 different games, none of which ever got completed because of team complications. Hard to get anything done when a group of people are working on their own time and dime if the ambitions are too high, which they typically are. Sadly I'm more of a graphics guy then coding too, so getting something done on my own doesn't tend to work out. Always reach a point where I hit a brick wall and have no idea how to solve my problems.

Sorry for using your thread, but is there a way to still buy that program for one dollar anywhere (or even a bit more), or is there any other cheap and easy to use game development program? I only heard about it when it was too late, and I really want an easy game making program for my cousin (he is 12 but he REALLY REALLY wants to make games, he keeps making "fake games" on power point and he makes awesome drawings and gameplans for them and he has huge potencial, he even draws the characters on full 2D animations).
I'm thinking this program would be good for him cause he won't have to know much about coding, but 100$ is like WAY too much. :P

I believe it's only 80$! ;)
Interesting question, and love to hear young people with great potential. Tell you what, if I get no entries on this, I'll add you on steam and it's yours! Including the extra keys since I bet they would be great for someone that can draw sprites.

Aww, that's really kind of you! Not sure if you got any entries, but thank you for the offer regardless. :)

Clickteam Fusion 2.5
If the winner doesn't own them, I'll throw in the Spriter Pro + Game Effects pack keys as well.
Custom rule, you need to have had it wishlisted prior to the Humble Clickteam Fusion bundle that came out in September last year. That way I hope that the person that wins it actually wants it for his developing. Thanks to Omicron666 for the idea. And good luck!
