If a game has been given away in large Quantity there is almost no chance that it will be re-added to the list of giftable games .

Sometimes when a game is removed people will start making giveaways for the soundtrack with a description 'this is not the soundtrack this is the game but I couldn't make a giveaway for the base game' and eventually it might happen enough that support might also remove giveaways for the soundtrack. I'm not sure that is what happened in this case - but I wouldn't be surprised...

Okay well it is still unclear for me why I can't give away the Soundtrack of Hektor. I checked a few other games which were free and for all of them you can give away the Sountrack. What do you have against Hektor Soundtrack SG, is it to horrible :( Just a few examples: Endorlight, Energy Balance, Energy Cycle, Pristine World.
