Connecting keyboard to computer

Hey, so I am trying to connect this keyboard to my computer. Dunno if it will work though, will it?

But it doesn't work. How do I connect it, if it works?

I've tried identifying it but nothing shows up.

Is the keyboard for PS3 only or something?
