Endless Legend or Beyond Earth?

I love Civ IV and V (all of my IV playtime is outside of Steam) and I want to get either Beyond Earth or Endless Legend. Which one is better? Beyond Earth is appealing simply because it is Sid Meier, but it looks like it will be very similar to V. Endless Legend I'm less sure about but it looks really interesting. I also have Warlock Master of the Arcane but I haven't played it yet.

Endless Legend.

It's the 4X that doesn't follow strictly in the Civ mold, unlike Beyond Earth. Also the factions play completely different to one another in EL, unlike in Civ.

Also, grab Alpha Centauri from GOG before you eventually delve into Beyond Earth.

And endless legend is in IGN prime, you can get it cheap in trade forums.

Well not Beyond Earth yet, as it has not released. I would recommend against pre-ordering.
