Have a fairly good idea of the solution, but someone mentioned punctuation, so it'd be nice if you could clear up whether you're looking for more than one word, how many words, is some kind of punctuation included? Let us know if you're allowed to give a hint :)

There's one character other than letters/numbers, you can't write the right word without it.
Answer - more than 1 word. Actually, there are 2 right answers, with different number of words. The thing is, if you find the answer on the Internet, copy/paste will be enough. And there's enough information to get it right, at this point we have 17 solvers :)
