Yeah, when you miss too much it makes sense to wait for Humble. For people like myself it's cheaper to buy just the missing content instead of the complete baggage. And the price is really reasonable during this promo.
Not to mention that I don't have to wait.

Yeah, for me it would be $30 to complete the set (and I would still be missing the ebooks and music). It's not unreasonable to assume that HB will offer a full bundle of DLCs for a similar price at some point in the future and in such case I will also get some dupes for gifts.

You should edit the title to more clearly state "Europa Universalis IV".

I tempted but I think it will be soon HB with this or similar or even better sale :). I think will resist. Only would like to know if this complete your collection is always 75% off or this is some kid of promotion? I have 75% off crossed out and then 81% (I guess standard is 75% and then some additional sales for DLCs?

The sale is related to them adding some of the first expansions to the base game for free.
But that is not all! Just as we promised, we also want to make it easier for you to complete your collection of EUIV Expansions and Immersion Packs - so the Ultimate Bundle is now heavily discounted! If you are an Europa Universalis IV veteran, your discount on Steam will be even higher - as the price will be lowered by the cost of DLCs you already own.
So the heavy discount is a first and special. No idea if they will repeat it but I seriously doubt that there'll be an even better sale on Steam anytime soon.
And a real complete bundle on Humble won't happen anytime soon either. Maybe when EU5 is released. So if you want to play a complete EU4 before EU5, that's your best chance for a very good price. But you do you.

On the very end, after saying I will not buy, I bought it. Probably my week will. I also discovered that of this flavor pack is connected not only with Vikings but also somehow with Poland (which I usually play ;) ). Also the time before EU5 will be released I plan to play it again. On the end, after somewhat lower quality recent released from Paradox, I think it can be longer waiting for good quality EU5 after fixes + with some important content from first DLC will not be even longer (it is always a little shock when you moving from older versions of game with full of content and dlcs to newer one but with only core content :).

Yes, it's only "great" for actual fans. General bargain hunters won't be interested.

I got the three missing latest expansions for a total of just 11€. A friend who missed the last four paid 13,43€.
Of course you can also just wait till the release of EU5. It's probably only a matter of time till an even cheaper EU4 bundle will be released then.
