Typing of the Dead/DLC not giftable?

Just wondering if anyone knows why the Love at First Bite DLC is the only giveaway option available. I also have the Filth DLC and Shakespeare DLC I'd like to giveaway but that doesn't seem to be allowed. I don't remember there being any massive free-key giveaway or anything that would get it banned from the list. Thanks!
