"No banned cards." Forbidden cards are only in Advanced. So it's a given that this isn't Traditional, then? I don't get that. Well, I mean, I do--some people were pissed because certain cards were "too powerful" and it was "unfair" to use them, so they bitched until the cards were banned. But honestly, there should only be one format, and all cards should be legal to play. I think Traditional rulings are more than fair. And I have to say, including translated cards in an Advanced format tournament seems a little ironic.

I'd say sign me up except for the "no banned cards" bit, since I like using Raigeki and Harpies to clear the field. And Ring + Barrel is one of my favorite combinations. Exodia decks and Elma OTKs are limited as it is with just one of each card, so the initial draw is important. Agents with Athena, even without Honest burn, could still beat them easily given a good hand.
