Does The Ship give CV like a normal bundle game?

I'm trying to figure out, why I didn't get CV when someone acknowledged receiving a copy of The Ship from a giveaway of mine. It may be because I already have a high enough ratio of bundle games to non-bundle games on my account so adding more bundle games won't give me any extra CV.

I understand how the bundle CV works, I just have a question: Does The Ship game, give CV, the same as a normal bundle game?
