I have made a big mistake and I won 2 the same games.

In this case I decided to giveaway 2 keys from jumbo bundle. Hope it will be forgiven for me.

Also a question:
I obviously didn't redeem the key so what should I do with it? Can the GA maker reroll?

One is invite only, 2nd is public.

No, time is unlimited as long as key or gift is still unused :) and seriously, asking for reroll will protect You from future troubles like ban for double win or regifting :) now I can forgive You :D

Even when you sync, the site doesn't remove the old entries, so it can still happen. So yes, overlaps!

Weird. The first ended on 13th of September, the second started on 24th of October and you should be unable to enter any giveaways if you don't sync for a week or more.

Keep one game (redeemed to your account). Tell the GA creator about the unused key and he/she can request a re-roll. It speeds things up if you leave a comment in the giveaway discussion section, something like "I would like a re-roll." We check for that when granting re-rolls.

Out of curiosity, if the keys in both giveaways are made visible during giveaway creation, would the second giveaway creator still be able to get a new winner?

Visibility of a key doesn't prevent a re-roll. If you're going to request a re-roll, however, then you may as well hide the key, again.
