Do I get the full value, if I giveaway Trainz Simulator 12?

Hello,
my english is not very good and I don´t understand what is Non-Bundle and what is a Bundle Game and where do I get the full value.

If I create a Giveaway with Trainz Simulator 12, do I get the full value?

Sorry for asking this, I know there is a FAQ, but don´t understand that. ^^

Bundle games have "*" next to their name when creating a new giveaway and I think Trainz is in Summertide bundle. So I guess you won't get any CV.
