Its not impossible. Mine highest is 24 and that too in year beast brawl. Its difficult in doing it alone but playing in team would be easy.

Depends on how you play ^^
I'm mostly playing support, not because I always like to, but because most people suck at playing support, but to be fair most also suck at playing carry or utility heroes.

But since I'm not playing a lot of Dota lately, mostly because of the reasons above I won't even try.
