Depends, how long ago was it that the GA ended and how long ago was it that you asked for a reroll?
Besides that has the creator been online?

Well, the first re-roll i asked was 6 days ago, the giveaway creator was online 4 hours ago.

It's possible that the giveaway creator submitted the reroll rickets already, and it's pending support action.

this, like I said. it can be longer then 7 days if you are unlucky :S.
I hope with the new support it wll get faster, but they still have to learn the ropes so speed wont increase for a while yet I guess

I guess in the end you could make a support ticket asking them to do a re-roll?
