Dehydrated beef strips/chunks. Its usually marinated for a day or 2 in a sauce and then put into a big dryer that takes out all the moisture.

I don't know how popular it is in Europe, but I don't see why its not done there too. I'm in Canada and its done here too. You can find bags of it in most stores. You can buy machines specifically for dehydrating stuff (meat, veggies, fruit, ect) at home which are pretty small.

I'd say El Paso, and go with the Habanero version but then again I like hot peppers and enjoyed the version I could find locally till they stopped making it. :(
