anyways...somewhat late reply but based on what you haven't put down. (if you haven't seen any of these yet)
- starting with straight schoolife Saiki Kusuo is like a comedy about a overpowered psychic who is trying to live a normal life.
- I really liked Kiznaiver but idk for some reason it wasn't that popular and people were complaining about melodrama
- Depending on when you watched it and in what mood you were in Toradora is either a sub par series with overused story and annoying tsun character or a really good schoolife series...if you force yourself to watch it it comes off as shit tho.
- I know you said you're getting tired of the whole "look at my boobs thing" but if you haven't seen B Gatta H K its a pretty good schoolife and idk it doesn't come off as trashy
- Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya ...Best fate adaptation 10/10 wewewewew but srsly its kinda fun in a SOL kinda way...plus magical girls
- Its not really School-life but aiming at drama's- Mawaru Penguindrum is pretty good.
- And Again Welcome to the NHK is about a NEET so its not really about school but if you haven't seen it its really good deals with depression and stuff...
If you're getting tired of alot of anime getting cliche then here are some series that are just a bit different
- Humanity has declined is pretty crazy
- Moyashimon is schoolife to the extreme with university life about a guy who can see germs (wasn't my favorite but it was relaxing)
- Also going for pure weird... Hen Semi is Really weird and Messed up but I mean...at least it was different.
and then just some random rec
- Baccano is fun if you haven't seen it...you know guns and immortals and blood oh my. Same person as Durarara. starts off really confusing and then everything comes together in the end.
- Darker than black is pretty good if you haven't seen it yet. kinda action thing.
- Zettai Karen Children is kinda your average super powered series but idk its really really underrated and I was entertained.
- If you like horror (saw you rated Another highly) Then Shiki and Higurashi are both really good. I mean shiki has weird art and the vampires arn't that scary but the themes present are pretty good and later in it the humans beacome really creepy. and as for Higurashi well s1 was nice alibi really confusing because I had no clue what was happening but s2 is the answer arcs and it was really good.
thats all I can see just looking through our shared series at the stuff you haven't seen.
I'm going assume you've watched everything else ( I kept finding stuff then realizing it was specials and you've seen the original series) but if you haven't seen any studio ghibli (doubt it) then I like howls moving castle and Castle in the sky.

You've seen around the same amount of stuff as me and I'm also finding it hard to find stuff to watch. I wouldn't say I've seen everything worth watching but its certainly dificult finding good series nowadays. As for railgun ... im still waiting for the 3rd season ... THEY PROMISED :(
Cant say i liked the Index series , but the railgun Spinoff was definitelly great series .

I wouldn't say index is bad...but idk its mainly a "Villian of the week" sort of bad guy does a bunch of stuff than toma comes and punches them in the face and everything is okay sort of deal. I'm definitely not as fond of it.

S was great ... they made accelerator to look so bad , and then turned him into a likable character cause Last Order ...
I really wanted to see how they progressed the series . So much stuff left open :|

I actually recently caved and read the whole toaru LN series (I watched railgun some 5 times)...and accelerator is now one of my favorite characters.
some of the novels have him as the main character and its fun having a antihero MC.
also I don't really like the index anime much but I'm annoyed they stopped right before the best part of the LN World War 3.
all in all I'm dying without season 3 of railgun.
I haven't read much of the railgun manga but Theres this whole thing about shifting misaka to level 6 and I really want it to be turned into an anime.

If i recall correct , there ware words about making a spin of , of the spin of focused heavy on accelerator ...
And yeah the level 6 Misaka upgrade ... they even mentioned that in a trailer ... I really dont know what happened with it.
The Railgun S i watched said there will be a third season at the end of the last episode :|
Its a great series that sadly didnt get a real ending :| Yet the universe have so much to offer

I took a look at your list and you seem to be missing a few classic school animes like Pani Poni Dash, Azumanga Daioh and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, though I don't know how that's even possible, considering the amount you have watched. Maybe I missed them. Anyway hope this helps.
