It shows us why steam leads the market. They are repairing their servers AS PLANNED when the time is giveaway. So I waited to get the game and they suddenly decided to repair. If your maintanence is PLANNED as you said , just tell players that your promotion will start 2 gmt instead of 1 gmt dumbasses
