I had the 6 hrs trial activated on my account, I didn't get "added to library" I'm worried I didn't get a copy because of that

It is not what I meant, it is already in the library .. but I have no idea if it is the full game or the trial version

UPLAY can be a bit buggy at times from my experience. It gave me the "Added to library" - which is odd, because I already had the game... (Humble Monthly Feb 2019).
So now I have two copies showing in my UPLAY lib... (Along with 2 copies of AC Black Flag, and 2 copies of Anno 2070)
You have until SEP 8th, so maybe just try add again after the 6hrs trail has expired.

Unfortunately a while ago there was a free 1 week Uplay+ so all the trial version games in my account (Crew 2, both Div, and GR Breakpoint) has that "Buy full game" part removed even though I didn't renew after the week ended... and I checked back then -after Uplay+ expired- even though that sentence has been removed; in-game they are still trial version
As I said I will download it soon before the current giveaway ends to be sure.

As far as I know, it is only the base game. Maybe someone else claiming this free giveaway can confirm if it comes with the Survival Mode DLC or not. (I already had this, so can't answer directly). You can check inside the UPLAY client and see if anything is free there.
