I win giveaway, but the owner refused to give the game!

Ok, so i won Killer is Dead - Nightmare Edition recently from this person: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198099691620
He gave me a key, and I actived but it said this game can not active in my country (Vietnam)
I've just checked, this game is not region lock, and his giveaway did not warning anything about region lock, so I pm him about this prob, he just deleted giveaway and BL me??
What should I do now?

If only he could tell me that's an accident, but the way he acted like Im a fool, deleted GA and BL me, just piss me off

In this case, the "honorable" thing would be to allow the giveaway to be deleted, IMHO. If he tried to giveaway a free game to you, out of the kindness of his heart, no need to make things complicated. Thats just my opinion
